Updates from Albuquerque!
As some of you already know, our family moved to Albuquerque in September. We are very lucky to have settled in quickly and easily and have the added bonus of accidentally living next door to old friends from a previous base! Things with transitioning the business have gone super smoothly for the most part and we're thankful for that! We also want to thank all of you for remaining patient (and oh so loyal!!!) while we moved! It was quite an adventure with a new baby and a whole room of inventory :)
There are a few things that will be changing that we need to pass on to you all:
1) We have found that we receive so few calls to our 800# that we have decided to cancel it. As of January 1, 2012 we will no longer be using the following phone numbers: 520-908-7343 and 800-811-4228. We will continue to communicate with our clients mostly via email, Facebook and this newsletter! If you need to speak to us via phone, simply email and we'll call YOU!
2) Rockin' Green: this update makes us quite sad to pass on but it has become necessary. We sell bags of RNG for around $15 (depending on the style you select). It costs us over $8 PER BAG to ship to Tucson becasuse of its weight. As we want to continue offering free shipping to Tucson, we will no longer be able to ship RNG. This change will also take effect on January 1, 2012.
3) Big Fan Giveaway: if you haven't already "liked" us on Facebook, please do! I promise we won't kill your newsfeed- we only post new products, coupon codes and the like.
