Returns

You can return any unused / unwashed / still in the package item for any reason within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund minus shipping costs.  You can return any unused / unwashed / still in the package item for any reason within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.  If you would like to exchange an item we will issue you store credit that you can use to purchase the item you want.  Item must be in resaleable condition (i.e.  no odors or pet hair!).

We cannot accept returns on washed and used merchandise.   

Please note if your order qualified for free shipping, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Manufacturers handle defective items. However, we will be happy to assist in working with the manufacturers to resolve the issue.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped (what this means is if I have already shipped it out or ordered it directly from the manufacturer you cannot cancel it.  If you contact me before that I'll be happy to help you out)

Shipping

Ten Tiny Piggies LLC ships by the US Postal Service and by UPS. 

We offer free shipping on the following orders:

1) shipped within Tucson, Arizona 

2) over $50.00

3) 10 items or more

Outside of Tucson and for smaller orders we offer reasonable shipping rates as well as reduced rates for larger quantities ordered.  We reserve the right to ship in the most cost effective manner. 

Our shipping rates are for in the US only.  If you want to place an international order, please e-mail me as there may be some restrictions on international orders depending on what you order and where you want it sent.      

Make sure you provide a physical address (not PO Box) in case your order is shipped UPS.  

Ten Tiny Piggies is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit.  If you'd care to purchase postal insurance for your package, please let us know right away.  Similarly if an item is returned to us due to insufficient address, you can choose to pay to have it reshipped our cancel your order and receive a refund minus our shipping costs.

I have many items in stock, but due to the nature of the business with so many sizes and color choices, I may need to special order your items.  These items usually arrive within 2-3 weeks.  I will keep you updated as to when you can expect your order and greatly appreciate your business and your patience.   

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax in AZ; currently 9.1%. 

Shipping materials

When you receive your package you may notice that its in a recycled box.  At Ten Tiny Piggies, we try to minimize the level of waste we produce, so we reuse boxes and shipping materials whenever possible.  We hope you'll reuse or recycle them as well! We are also proud to use EcoEnclose Poly mailing envelopes that are biodegradable, compostable and made in the USA!
